Tuscany Sketchbook Art Tour 2026 is an immersive 8-day Renaissance drawing journey taking place from June 15–22, 2026, designed for serious art students seeking to deepen their skills through direct study of masterworks, architecture, and landscape. Based in Poggibonsi, Tuscany, with accommodations at a 4-star hotel and arrivals through Florence Airport (FLR), this experience goes far beyond a traditional workshop—offering a rare opportunity to draw where Michelangelo and Leonardo once stood.
Participants enjoy seven nights of accommodation with daily breakfast and group dinners, coordinated transportation throughout Tuscany, guided museum visits in Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, and Colle di Val d’Elsa, and daily instruction with artist and professor Luis Borrero. Historical drawing materials—including silverpoint, red chalk, charcoal, and ink—are provided, along with full program coordination and on-site support.
The program is priced at $3,500 USD per person, with a non-refundable deposit of $895 USD due by February 1, 2026, followed by scheduled installment payments. A two-person package is available for $5,500 USD. International airfare is not included. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Florence.
This experience offers hands-on training with historical materials, direct sketching from original Renaissance masterpieces, structured daily practice to strengthen drawing fundamentals, plein-air sketching in medieval towns and landscapes, personalized mentorship, portfolio development, and full cultural immersion in the heart of Tuscany.
