CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE SCHOOL COURSES?
Atelier School Online is focused on offering a traditional approach to drawing and painting. We encourage students to start with drawing fundamentals before moving on to painting in oils. Our structured core curriculum is individualized and begins with light and shade theory, perspective, proportion, and the study of basic inanimate forms. All assignments are reinforced by encouraging students to work diligently on individual projects and sketchbooks. We recommend studying oil painting once the student has demonstrated proficiency in drawing and composition.
