Tuscany Sketchbook Tour 2027 — Two-Person Shared Room Package
Walk in the footsteps of Michelangelo and Leonardo. Study the art of the Renaissance and experience Tuscany through drawing.
Join Luis Borrero for nine days of drawing, personalized instruction, and artistic exploration in the heart of Tuscany. Study original masterpieces, draw in historic cities, and work with materials connected to the traditions of the Renaissance.

Home Base: Hotel Alcide, Poggibonsi, Tuscany
Two-Person Shared Room Package — $6,700 USD Total
This purchase covers the full program price for two participants traveling together and sharing one hotel room.
The room may be configured with one bed or two twin beds, subject to hotel availability. Please provide your preferred room configuration when registering.
What Is Included
The following are included for both registered participants:
Eight nights at Hotel Alcide in one shared room.
Daily buffet breakfast.
Evening dinners, including welcome and farewell dinners.
Prepared historical drawing materials.
Personalized instruction and guidance from Luis Borrero.
Admission to museums and historic sites listed in the official program.
Private group bus transportation for scheduled excursions to Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Arezzo, and Colle di Val d’Elsa.
Trenitalia transportation for both scheduled Florence excursion days.
Scheduled group transportation as specified in the official itinerary.
Hotel Alcide serves as our home base throughout the program, providing a welcoming place to return each evening after a day of drawing and exploring.
For our two Florence excursions, the group will walk to the nearby train station and travel together by Trenitalia. The other scheduled excursion cities will be reached by private group bus.
What Is Not Included
International airfare.
Lunches.
Gratuities.
Personal purchases and expenses.
Passport expenses.
Mandatory travel insurance, which each participant must purchase separately.
Activities or services not specifically listed as included.
Accommodation, meals, transportation, admissions, or other expenses for anyone beyond the two registered participants.
Important: Two-Person Commitment
The $6,700 USD package rate is conditional on both registered participants traveling together and sharing one room.
If either participant cancels, withdraws, or is otherwise unable to attend, payments already made remain non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining participant will no longer qualify for the Two-Person Shared Room Package rate.
If the remaining participant chooses to attend, their participation will be repriced at the regular Single Participant Package rate of $3,950 USD. Payments already credited to that participant will be applied toward the individual package price, and any additional balance must be paid before participation. The canceling participant’s payment cannot be transferred to the remaining participant.
Payment and Reservation Policies
Full payment of $6,700 USD for two participants is required at checkout.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations cannot be transferred to another person.
Each participant must purchase mandatory travel insurance separately. Insurance coverage, exclusions, and reimbursement eligibility are determined by the selected insurance provider and policy.
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the program’s payment and cancellation policies, the two-person shared room conditions, mandatory travel insurance requirement, and age and accompaniment requirements below. Both participants must review and accept these conditions.

Important: Age Requirements and Accompaniment
This package is available only to participants ages 18 and older at the start of the tour. For participants from Puerto Rico, students under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as a condition of participation.
Any participant who is a minor must remain with their accompanying parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the entire tour, including all program activities, excursions, transportation, and hotel stays, even if the accompanying adult is not participating in drawing instruction.
The accompanying parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the student throughout the program.
If the parent or legal guardian is one of the two registered participants, their accommodation and other listed inclusions are covered by this package. Choosing not to participate in drawing instruction does not reduce the package price or remove the accompaniment requirement.
This package covers two registered participants only. Any additional accompanying adult must make separate arrangements with Atelier School before the reservation is finalized.
